An increasingly popular design in today's Kitchen Renovation market is an Integrated Kitchen Design with a Minimalist Look.
The Integrated Kitchen Design featured here is of a small inner city Melbourne apartment. Our clients wanted a clean, simple, smarter kitchen design featuring integrated appliances where possible. In addition, they wanted the design to impact their living area and compliment their stunning art works.
The first element in this Minimalist Look is the use of the Polytec Clovelly door profile. This eliminates the need for cabinet handles, whilst still maintaining the maximum amount of drawer storage. This is because this detail does not need a fixed finger pull rail commonly seen in this type of Kitchen Design. The doors are all finished in gloss Dulux Natural White Polyurethane.

Next, this Integrated Kitchen Design is complimented by the use of a fully integrated Miele Fridge / Freezer and a Miele Dishwasher. Also included is a Miele built in Coffee Machine, Microwave and Electric Fan Forced Oven. Although the oven tower appliances are not concealed by any cabinetry, the fact that all 3 units are matching in finish and design keep this exposed section very clean and integrated in their own right.
By using a Miele Induction cooktop and double undermount sink bowls, a clean un-cluttered design and finish to the benchtop area is achieved. It is then finished with a toughened glass splashback in Dulux Teahouse which is also featured to the back of the island benchtop between the wall and waterfall Caesarstone end.
With the use of the Smeg undermount rangehood the overhead doors are able to keep a straight line across the bottom edge. Concealed cabinet downlights help to highlight the Teahouse glass splashbacks.
Although a small kitchen space by many standards, this Kitchen Design still features a Hafele Pull Out Pantry, Pull Out Twin Bin and 7 Blum Antaro White Full Extension Soft Close Drawers.
